A visit to Grand Century Place in Mongkok on 16.4.2011

It was nearly four thirty when I reached the Grand Century Place. It was very crowded full of people in the mall. I visited several shops. I was especially interested in wandering around the corridors where I might stop to see the sceneries of the commercial centre. It was then I met my two relatives who were cheerful and lovely.

Then we went to see a film called ‘Rango’ which is quite interesting.
The story is :- The movie ‘Rango’ is based on the novel ‘Pirates of the Caribben’. It’s an inventive comedy. ‘Johnny Depp’ is an primitive energetic comedy that brings the moviegoers for a happy and heartfelt adventure in the Wild West. The main character is Rango (John Depp). It’s once been an sheltered chameleon living as an ordinary family pet , while facing a major identity. After all, how high can you aim when your whole purpose in life is to blind in when Rango accidentally winds up in the gritty, gun-slinging town of Dirt? How can you handle as the town is populated by the desert’s most wily and whimsical creatures? However, the less-than-courageous lizard suddenly finds he stands out as the last hope the town has been waiting. The new Sheriff Rango is forced to play his new role to the hilt. Meanwhile, Rango starts to become the hero he once only pretended to be. With the amazing cast of Johnny Depp, Isla Fisther, Abigail Breslin, Alfred Molina, Bill Nighy, Hary Dean Standton, Ray Winstone and Timothey Olyphant as the Spirit of the West, Rango is an exciting new twist on the classic Western legend of the outsider who saves a town finally.

Afterwards, we had dinner at the Superstar Seafood Restaurant. We had an admirable menu of oysters, steamed scallops with garlic, fin soup and the dish of stir-fried bitter gourds with beef. The food was delicious and we enjoyed very much.

Then we said goodbye to each other and I went home after some visit to the crowded streets in Mongkok.
